How do I post a listing?
Tap the green "+" button at the bottom of the screen or click "Post Ad" in the header. Fill in the title, description, price, category, your ward, and add up to 5 photos. Once published, your listing will be visible to all users in Tulsipur.
Is Tulsipur.com free to use?
Yes! Posting listings, browsing, messaging, and all core features are completely free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future (such as featured listings), but basic usage will always remain free for the Tulsipur community.

How does the Trust Score work?
Every user starts with a base trust score after phone verification. Your score increases as you receive positive reviews from other users, complete successful transactions, and stay active on the platform. Higher trust scores make buyers more confident in dealing with you.
How do I contact a seller?

How do I report a scam or suspicious listing?
Tap the "Report" button on any listing or user profile. Select the reason for your report and provide details. Our moderation team and ward moderators review all reports and take action promptly. Never send money in advance to unverified sellers.

Why do I need to verify my phone number?
Phone verification with a +977 number helps keep the platform safe and trustworthy. It prevents fake accounts, reduces spam, and ensures that every user can be reached. Your phone number is only shared when you include it in a listing.
Can I use Tulsipur.com if I'm not from Tulsipur?
Tulsipur.com is designed specifically for the Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City area. While anyone can browse listings, you'll get the most value from the platform if you live in or around Tulsipur, Dang District. Sellers and service providers are all local.
How do I change the language?
Tap the language toggle button (ने/En) in the top-right corner of the header. The platform supports both Nepali and English. All navigation and interface elements will switch to your selected language.
