When you register or use Tulsipur.com, we collect the information needed to operate the service:

• •Nepal phone number — required by the current profile setup, but not used as an authentication or verification factor

• •Listing content including descriptions, photos, and pricing
• •Messages exchanged between users on the platform
• •Optional phone or WhatsApp details that you choose to publish in a listing
• •Device push tokens and notification preferences when you enable mobile push
• •Security signals such as a short-lived CAPTCHA result and an irreversible network/device rate-limit digest when you submit the public contact form

We use your information to provide and improve the Tulsipur.com platform, including verifying your identity, displaying your listings, facilitating communication between users, calculating trust scores, and sending important notifications about your account or listings.

Your data is stored using Supabase with encryption in transit and at rest. Authentication uses email one-time codes and, after setup, a password. Access is restricted with row-level authorization and server-only administrative boundaries. Completed and failed delivery records are retained only as long as needed for retries, abuse prevention, security review, and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your public profile information (display name, trust score, and reviews) is visible to other users. The phone number stored with your account profile is not part of the public profile. A phone number is shared with other users only when you choose to include it in a listing's contact information. Infrastructure providers process limited data on our behalf, including Supabase for storage and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for contact-form abuse prevention, and our configured monitoring providers for redacted diagnostics. We may disclose data when required by Nepali law.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You can deactivate your account, which will remove your listings and profile from public view. To request complete data deletion, please contact us through the Help section.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and language preferences. We use aggregate product analytics and privacy-redacted diagnostics to understand reliability and improve the experience. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser and network signals when you use the public contact form.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of Tulsipur.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
